Lynda Cole's Stress Relief Background and Experience :
Lynda Cole R.N. has an extensive background both as a nurse and as a holistic health practitioner. EMBARRASSING STORY
After practicing and teaching mindfulness for many years, I went into the recording studio for the first time to record my harp. I had played the harp for a long time but had never recorded a song before. I was in a room with three microphones around my harp, and several people staring at me through the glass from the control room. I suddenly felt very nervous. My hands started shaking and all memory of what I was going to play disappeared out of my mind. I was stressing out – in a panic! Unable to play anything at all!
